The Good, Bad, and the…Weird? A Two-headed Turtle’s Story

Conjoined Turtle

There are bizarre things in life, but to see a two-headed turtle with heads on both ends, puts the icing on the cake. The turtle was found in Norristown, Pennsylvania by a turtle collector. Manager of Big Al’s Aquarium Supercenter, Jay Jacoby, in East Norriton, Pa said according to msnbc.com that the turtle would most likely die in the wild due to being an easy target to predators and swimming awkwardly.

Big Al’s eventually brought the turtle from the collector for an unknown amount.

Known as bicephaly (two-headedness), these creature are truly a sight for sore eyes.
