Michael Vick Indicted in Virginia Court

Standing before a grand jury, Michael Vick is indicted on state charges for participating in dogfighting. Vick is already awaiting for the Dec. 10 sentencing hearing after agreeing to a plea bargain earlier this summer. He could face up to five years in prison.
